That Didn’t Take Long
Well, it didn’t take long - as I mentioned a few days ago, Lycos has undertaking the very dubious, and probably illegal in some areas of the world, step of producing an opt-in Denial Of Service attack for people to use against spammers.
Now, the spammers are fighting back (well, what did Lycos expect??)
Update - the BBC is now reporting that the screensaver has now taken several websites down - is Lycos now the purputrator of a dDOS attack - I certainly think so…
