Yes, January the 5th, and My local supermarket has half an isle already devoted to Easter… can we at least have a short break - it seems that from August to March it’s non-stop "holidays" - with Christmas starting in August, a breif respite in October for Halloween and Guy Fawkes before it’s the full on Christmas/New Year/Easter fest…

Happy New Year 2010 - I wonder what this new decade will bring?
I can think a few changes - making Spam illegal… a drive by the government and police to improve driving standards without using a forest of Gatso’s - a return to the use of manners and politeness in society - and of course the english language being redefined to make “texting” abbreviations the correct and proper spelling!
