Finally someone has decided what to do with the Millennium Dome. According to this story on the BBC, Mobile Phone operator O2 want to convert the exhibition hall which has stood empty since 2001 (apart from a handful of small events) into a 23,000 seat indoor arena for concerts hosting 150 events a year (pretty ambitious, that’s one every 2 or 3 days!), including music, sport and cinema.

I wouldn’t want to live anywhere near it - unless they spend a lot of money on noise insulation, it’s going to be a neighbour-from-hell!
