I’m glad I’m not there…

Glastonbury that is - although the music shows are no doubt very good, the problem is the weather…

When people are resorting to use their air matresses as BOATS to salvage whats left of their camping gear, it’s been a bit too wet…

  • 88| That doesn’t look good. I’ve had a couple of inches of water in a tent before, but not like that!

    Fingers X’d for you guys @ Oakwood…

The Oakwood Trip will be fine - the field slopes down into the park, so it’s unlikely it’ll flood!

I was at Glastonbury and I wouldn’t have changed that for the world. Whilst it was wet the only people who got flooded out were those who camped at the bottom of hills next to streams. Wish I had taken Wellies though. The whole weekend was absolutely incredible.

John - glad to hear you enjoyed yourself - I was watching some of the sets on TV, so can imagine the fun you had if you were camped in a better location.
