NTL Strikes Again
Another week, another screw up.
Following all the fun of the last few weeks with NTL - including being disconnected twice, having threatening letters sent and all the rest - I checked my bill very carefully this month, and lo and behold, another glaring error.
Suddenly my account has acquired a second TV box (which I don’t have). Which they tried to charge me an extra 15 quid a month for. Until I called to correct yet another mistake and they removed the charge from my account.
Lets see what they manage to do next…
