Trackback Spam
Following a deluge of trackback spam over the last few days, I’m forced to disable all trackbacks on this site.
If I can figure out a way of preventing the spam robots attacking the site, I’ll reinstate the facility, but until then, please comment on here if you are posting on your own site.
I’m also going to try and make comments require approval before they appear, in another attempt to combat comment-spam…

A few new tricks are in place, and I’ve re-enabled trackbacks for now - if this is successful, I *may* allow unregistered comments back online too.
There are two new tricks in place, one of which is more visible (the trackback URL changes every 6 hours) than the other (not telling yet what this is)
