Bicycle!
As part of my latest drive to lose weight and get more exercise, I’ve spent today resurrecting my old bike. Yes, after 4 years languishing in my shed, I’ve given it some new parts as some of the rubber components had perished. It has new handlebar grips, new brake blocks and a new pump, surprisingly the tyres seem OK - but I’ll be keeping an eye on the pressures all the same. With the help of some oil and some adjusting, (and a lot of cleaning) my bike is ready to get back on the open road.
Or at least, I’ll be riding it to and from work a couple of time a week (weather permitting…)
