2 lbs a week

I’ve removed the “2lbs a week” section of the website, and I’m intending to just include weight-loss posts on the main blog now.

I’m starting yet again, and I’m still aiming for 2lbs a week, but it’s going to be a long difficult process to get my weight under control.

I know this will sound familiar, and I’ve said it all before - that’s the problem, losing weight is one of the hardest things I’ve ever tried to do - so much temptation, so much nice food that I can’t allow myself to eat…

More posts will be coming on this and related subjects, and there might be a “tracking graph” or two on the way if I can figure out how to do them properly (and simply)

My new weigh-in day is Sunday - and I’ll be posting progress as I go.

“so much temptation, so much nice food that I can’t allow myself to eat…”

You can’t want to lose weight badly enough or these thoughts wouldn’t dominate the way they do.

Every time you go to snack you need to tell yourself “will eating this help me lose weight” and the answer should tell you what to do.

No excuses Tom, you’ve got to want it badly enough or else you’ll continue to put the weight on. It’s as simple as that!
