Looks like the record industry is starting to see sense - that’s right, there’s no point in pursuing people who are copying songs for their own use (e.g. ripping a CD onto their iPod) - just those people who are distributing copies.

Apparently Cardiff’s traffic is worse than London. But at least the article makes the point that alternatives are not viable, which is why people still sit in the queues.
