Pink for October
Yes, I’m joining the many other sites going Pink for October (thanks to Ollie over at BlogF1 for bringing my attention to it!) - I didn’t have a lot of time to change the theme, so it’s a simple replacement of all the usual blue bits with pink bits! All will return to normal at the start of November (ish)

Swimming
I know I’ve not written much recently - just been a bit too busy…
However, the latest thing to try for trying to lose weight - I’m trying to go swimming a couple of times a week. Hopefully I can keep this up (with the help of a couple of folks at work who are also going) and it’ll make a difference to that graph over in the sidebar…

…with some ups and downs along the way
Well, it’s been an interesting week or so. Driving the best part of 900 miles in 5 days, visiting 5 themeparks, 1 snow-dome, and spending time with some friends. it’s back to school time…
- Kids are running around in school uniforms
- Supermarkets are giving away vouchers so you can get them to donate equipment to local schools that they otherwise couldn’t afford.
- Tesco are selling Christmas Cake.
